How does the entire process work?
Time Freight delivery service starts with providing us details of your cargo such as its weight, nature, size, and specific requirements. Upon knowing the destination of your goods, we set the proper route to your shipment’s end goal while taking into account other requirements such as the fragility of specific items. How do I pay for my shipment?
We provide a bank account number so you can do the wire transfer online.
What is the currency of the payment?
We use South Africa Rand (ZAR) as standard payment. But we can also accept US dallers (USD).
Do you offer real time tracking?
You will receive regular updates and accurate tracking of location.
How do I track my order?
Input your booking reference which you will receive once it is confirmed. You will have a dedicated Time Freight representative who will also provide you with personal updates.
What does Door-to-Door delivery mean?
Door-to-Door delivery is a full service where we arrange to pick up the shipment from its location of origin to its destination, right to the specified address. This commonly refers to the freight charges. Charges on top of Door-to-Door can be exempt of offloading, customs, and port charges.
When do I need to pay for the freight?
All freight payments are required to be settled before the departure of the shipment.
How long will my shipment take?
It depends on the shipment ready date, shipment size and other factors. But we will advise the estimated time of delivery when quoting the rate to you.
Can you provide contact details for the driver?
All enquiries will be communicated through us, we have a direct line with drivers
What do I need to provide to check the rate?
Nice question. You will need to advise the cargo description, gross weight, dimension (Length x Width x Height), and the delivery address with postal code (if appliable).
